Please put your hands together and close your eyes.

Heavenly Father we thank you for the great travellers and pilgrims of our faith.

We thank you for the example of Abraham who followed your directions even though he did not know where he was going.

Lord in your mercy

Hear our prayer

Thank you for the places of pilgrimage in our part of the world.

We pray for all who make the pilgrimage to Lindisfarne, Holy Island.

We pray that they may find you there.

We thank you for all places of refuge in our life.

For those places where we know we are safe and secure.

For freedom from the fear of bullying.

We especially pray for our homes and our school.
